An on-the-spot test for allergies available at Tesco – they just needed a hand with their training.
kdm worked with Phadia and Tesco's Pharmacy division to produce a training video for around 350 Tesco pharmacies. The video explained every aspect of performing the allergy test, from patient management and to explaining results, follow up paperwork, etc. The video was shot on location in the Hatfield pharmacy, and distributed to around 350 stores.
